This impressive festival is happening from May 1-5 at Teatro Vallarta, Los Arcos on the Malecón, the Centro Universitario de la Costa, the Cuale Cultural Center and at the Galería Haus Der Kunst.

CLOSE UP VALLARTA constitutes a space for the interrelation and promotion as well as the experimentation of the video arts; it offers the opportunity to present new video works for emerging artists, including students and those interested in the art of video and to utilize other public spaces besides museums and galleries.
